My beach house experience was wonderful! The location was peaceful and safe, ideal for family getaways. The shallow waters made it easy to explore the reef, and the views were breathtaking. Although the paddle boards and kayaks weren't in great shape, there were still plenty of ways to enjoy the ocean. Walking to Utila's public beach is doable but a bit of a hike; renting a scooter or golf cart is a more convenient option. Lastly, a huge thank you to Angel, the caretaker, for his hospitality. He truly made us feel at home.

This place is amazing. You’re right on the water and can swim right from the house. Recommend renting a golf cart for the stay as you are 1.5 mile from town in a lovely beach neighborhood (which is a nice break from the hustle of town). Eli communicated beautifully throughout our stay and his caretaker Angel immediately responded to any questions/ needs we had.

It’s an amazing location with a lot of potential but the shape of the place and amenities were not worth the asking price.

Eli’s place is beautiful, well located and in a walking distance (around 10min to the municipal beach where all of the restaurants and bars start). What i loved the most about this home is the little extras around the house that were so helpful.. hydroflasks and water supply for our whole stay, beach bags, hand held lights.. I definitely want to go back to utila and ill be booking here for sure.
