Brandon was very nice , left snacks for us . Very welcoming. We felt very safe knowing he was watching cameras and was always just a phone call away

Brandon was a great host, even providing us with several snacks and soft drinks (nice touch). House was clean and comfortable for the four of us and allowed enough space for everyone. Will consider Brandon again for future Jazz Fest trips.

This was a wonderful place to stay very private very nice neighbors, you are not that far from nowhere you wanna go to enjoy the city 10 minutes either way or get you to the French quarters, bourbon Street . The house was easy to find right off the interstate a couple turns you’re there if you want to eat something late night McDonald’s is one minute away.

I loved Brandon’s place and I would definitely stay there again. He was very helpful. I saw some reviews talking about the foot traffic, but everyone was nice and friendly. There’s a college nearby and so much other stuff so it wasn’t foot traffic that I feared. The only thing I didn’t like was parking on the street. I would love if the space in the back was parking, but nothing happened so I am satisfied and I’ll definitely stay there again. Thanks for being a great host Brandon.
