My parents stayed at Anja's home for a day and this review is based on their experience. Godagama is a secluded place between Hikkaduwa and Ambalangoda, there is not much to do around. The house was exactly as described and my parents were awestruck by how lavish the property was. All the amenities mentioned were provided and the bed was really comfortable as well. They were in Sri Lanka during the southern monsoon season and on the night of their stay there was heavy thunderstorm in the area which caused electricity outage for a few hours. Anja was really communicative and if you are looking for a relaxed stay with private beach then this is an ideal place to book.

The place is lovely. Very peaceful and chilled out. Nice view of the sea and sunset. The beach is just a 30sec away. The Pool is inviting. And the whole place is a great private get away.

Wow! Was für eine tolle Anlage! Sehr gepflegt, sauber, modern und mit Busstation direkt vor der Haustür! Jedes Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und Ventilator, eigener Terasse und beide Etagen haben eine eigene Küche! Der Pool ist logischerweise immer warm, aber ideal um zu relaxen. Wer an den Strand will muss blos 5 Meter über die Staße laufen und findet an der rechten Seite sogar natürlichen Schatten durch die Palmengewächse. Einziger Minuspunkt ist die Straße vor der Anlage, die doch sehr lebhaft befahren ist und daher zwischendurch eine etwas lautere Lärmkulisse bietet. Nachts ist es ruhiger und ich konnte bei offenem Fenster schlafen, auch wenn der Ozean gewaltig rauscht. Insgesamt ein perfektes Haus für große Familien oder Freunde!

We stayed in the Property during New Year Holidays April 2023, The place was great, the first impression as you entered in is superb, you will see a well maintained Tropical Garden, Ideal for kids to play, further there is a swimming pool in the garden, the house is very clean, the rooms are very comfortable and spacious, they have splendid beach view, the bathrooms are nicely planned and maintained very clean, the other facilities like kitchen an laundry were beyond expectations, it has other recreational facilities such as outdoor dining, mini theater etc.,. , the caretaker was very helpful and well mannered, the other advantage is property is very close to Hikkaduwa beach and many other places of tourist attraction, I highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to enjoy a quality holiday .

I greatly enjoyed our stay at Anmar Beach Villa. The facilities are great and the kitchen is definitely useful.Vasco and Sunny, friends of the host, were so hospitable and went the extra mile to make our vacation unforgettable. Thanks guys. You both are awesome! I highly recommend this place.
