Was a nice quiet stay while we found an apartment. Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable stay.

The place has a lot of potential. The table and dresser in the picture weren't there. The lock box took a bit to locate and was a bit awkward to open. The brush/shrubs/trees need trimmed to ensure a clear path. Wasn't clear that the "room" was the shed in the backyard. Plenty of cameras watching everything. Refrigerator was clean. Not sure why there was an oven/stove in the unit. Nothing to use in/on it and wouldn't want to cook where I sleep. The bathroom was tight. No hot water on the sink in the bathroom, but the shower had great pressure and temp. AC wasn't cooling well the 1st night. Contacted Rosa and action was taken. Filters needed cleaning and then it worked great. Bed was a bit soft but ok to sleep on. Could use some better pillows. Overall I guess I got what I paid for considering all the places I've stayed. I will say no bugs and clean otherwise.
