Very nice, roomy apartment on sixth floor with a balcony and view. We had an eight day stay. Kitchen, beds, bathrooms, living/dining room, appliances all very good. Neighborhood feels very safe, and gate watchman to buzz you in was very nice extra feature to have. Tito is a real gentleman, although English is limited. There is a code to the elevator and a lock box at the front door that takes a few times to get the hang of but a good system. Stanley very responsive on any questions or issues, and very professional working through a little issue with a lost key. Thank you! There is a very nice market a short walk down the street with everything you might need. We purchased very large bottled water containers there (40 pesos) in an abundance of caution. The street is not busy, and very easy for Uber drivers to find and pick you up if you need one for a longer trip. But we walked to many places within a two mile radius without any issues. Most importantly, we would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Stanley’s apartment. The location is perfectly located to walk between Roma, Condesa, as well as neighborhoods to the north. The balcony was large and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the skyline. The house is well-stocked overall and very comfortable. Stanley was an incredibly responsive host and was quick to address anything that came up. There were a couple of small things to note from our stay. Only a small portion of the master bedroom window opens, which made it very warm when we were trying to sleep (Stanley was nice enough to have an additional fan dropped off for us). The smaller bedroom’s window opens much more and gets a very nice breeze. There are certain times when the city is loud, but that’s just part of the experience - just bring some earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, we would definitely stay again!

This is the perfect place to stay! Everything that Condesa and Roma Norte have to offer are at your fingertips. The apartment itself is very secure and include all necessary amenities. It was a pleasure returning to this bright, comfortable, well-appointed apartment after a day of “touristing”.
