Great location with only a short drive into town, large carpark and the apartment larger than what shows in the pictures

The apartment is very nicely located in the suburbs of Verviers and is fairly easy to find within the complex. However in terms of cleaningness, there were a lot to be desired. The apartment was fairly dusty and the kitchenware weren't properly cleaned. We were 5 people and despite having asked for towels for everyone, the room only had three, which were also kind of dirty with stains on them. Some of the beddings were also dirty and we didn't have any for the fold-out couch. However, after asking, both issues were resolved within the same day, and as an apology we were provided with extra toilet paper, which other than the first set, is not provided. All in all, if the cleaningness issues are resolved, this apartment would overall be a really good deal around the Verviers area.

Nous étions 5 et nous avons eu deux paires de serviettes de bain. Il n’y avait pas de draps pour les deux personnes qui ont occupé le lit dépliant. A l’arrivée, deux serviettes de bain étaient sales dans la salle de bain. L’odeur de tabac froid était incommodante. La présence de rats au niveau du carport était très désagréable également. Je n’ai pas pour habitude de mettre un commentaire mais l’occupation de ce bien était plus que désagréable. Le prix était impertinent pour la prestation des services.

Getting here was easy. Parking was okay because some days there was no space. There was poop everywhere. Finding the flat was a bit of a task. There are several unlocked doors and you won’t know which one leads to your Airbnb. When you find the right building, there are signs at doors. Upon entering, it smelled awful. We aired it out, but to no avail. The entire place was dirty. It was freezing. There were stains all over and urine. I took photos. I asked Magali about it and he did not offer to have it cleaned. It is a literal biohazard. We were also missing amenities which Magali was unaware about. When reported, he said it was from theft. We had to fix this ourselves. I contacted Airbnb within 24 hrs. I was told to work it out with Magali. There were no other Airbnbs. We were stuck. We asked for a partial refund and the cleaning fee. Magali wanted to bribe us to leave a good review. We contacted Airbnb and it seems they did nothing. We paid 709€ to not feel at home. Hard pass!
