The cottage's charm, combined with its stunning views, made it an unforgettable experience. Despite being there for work, it still felt like a vacation. The cozy interior provided a perfect retreat, with all the necessary amenities, a comfortable bed, and a well-equipped kitchen. What made the place truly special were the great views. Whether enjoying a coffee on the porch or the view of trees from the window in the shower. The river is also beautiful. Although walking isn't the easiest right around the cottage itself (no sidewalks), it's a quick and easy drive to downtown Healdsburg and the surrounding neighborhoods. It's also convenient getting groceries with a Safeway less than a 10min drive away. The hosts were exceptional, providing excellent communication and ensuring I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Their hospitality added a personal touch that made me feel at home. I'd definitely recommend staying here!

Our stay at Megan's place was outstanding. Clear directions on how to get to this seemingly out of the way location and entry instructions. Beautiful location just above the Russian River and as peaceful as could be. What stood out initially is the place was exactly how it was described and looked in the photos. What you see was what we got, and that was a nice surprise. Very clean with all the immenities you would need for a 4 month stay. Megan was always super responsive and helpful when we needed her. She took personal interest in our situation, we were there while we sold our home, and asked me about it upon leaving. This made it clear that we weren't just money to her, but she actually cared. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and would encourage anyone else that wants to enjoy the sounds, sites, and bites of the Russian River in Healdsburg to jump at the opportunity to stay here with Megan.
