Completely refurbished, awake with your morning coffee to sit on the wrap around porch and look over your farmland in tranquillity. Take a hike on one of our trails, mosey along the river, or take an ATV tour. View the private cemetery, stone root cellar and private celebrity gate. A two story, 6 bedroom home with a stone fireplace living room, full bar in the entertainment room, den, massive wrap around porch, full kitchen and dining room. View ponds, farmland, barns and the hot tub from your hide away bedroom porches.

Had a wonderful stay at Chandler's property. We were looking for a great Fall week and had a beautiful week. The history of the property is so complex and interesting. You can almost feel the Hollywood elite who stayed here over the years. The kids had lots of room to roam and run and the big kids had hiking and at least one successful fishing outing at the river. There was plenty of room in the house to accommodate us all comfortably, 7 adults and 6 kids.
Perfect place for us to stay with two other families for an out of town wedding

Robert Redford filmed the "Horse Whisperer" just done the road. Dean Mountain Road is a quiet street with few cars and trucks. Most of your neighbors will be wild turkey, squirrels, fox, eagles and deer.
You will be able to park up to four cars at the farmhouse.

Own the Mountain Airstrip Farm, Mountain ATV Ridin', Elms Waterfront Cottages, River Ridin' in Lake Luzerne and Hadley, NY. I owned an air ambulance business, management consulting practice, and help lead the discotheque industry by opening 27 discos. Grew up on an apple farm I never expected to leave.
