Very nice and comfortable place to stay. Two private bedrooms and bathrooms which was very nice for my husband and me to stay with our friends from TN.

We prefer super host for a reason. Many amenities are included ie bottled water and light snacks. The odor and worn sofas were disheartened and should be addressed prior to the next guests. Recommendation: many guests would benefit from throw blankets during movie time or while sleeping at night.

The location is great but the unit was dirty, not up to ABnB standards. It was dusty, old and stained carpets, broken lamps, curtain rods, and the kitchen dishes/glasses were stained. There were no kitchen towels to be found or handtowels/ soap in the bathrooms. This place is more a VRBO (where guests can expect to bring their own linens, tp, etc) than an AirBnB, where most host go above and beyond to make it a 'home away from home.' On the other hand, it is located on a quiet street and the location is convenient to downtown B'ham.

My sister and I celebrated my 40th birthday! The location was perfect for getting out she enjoying the night life. Right by Vulcan, the zoo and botanical gardens! The rooms were huge and the beds were super comfortable. Very clean and plenty of room to stretch out or kick back and watch tv. Planning to stay again in the near future.
