Joe and Ashley went above and beyond for cleaning prior to our arrival. I informed them at booking that both my kids had dog allergies and only if the guest prior to us had a dog if they could just make sure everything was wiped. On day of check in Ashley was there doing final detail cleaning and wanted to make sure my kids would have no issues, which I appreciated so much! Beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

We planned to arrive at the designeated 3pm check-in time, but received a text while en route that the house would not be ready at 3pm. A little while later, we received a text that the house was still not ready for a 4pm check-in. When I responded that we were already at a local grocery store shopping, I was told to take our time because the house was still not ready. We arrived shortly after 5pm and they were still in the house finishing up and doing laundry. We had a long travel day and just wanted to settle in at our designated 3pm time slot. So this was incredibly frustrating and disappointing to us. There were WiFi directions in the kitchen which had a typo in them so we had to go back and forth with the hosts and didn't get onto the WiFi until the next day when we saw another set of instructions near the bar with a different password - this one being the correct password so we were finally able to get access. The house is very clean and very comfortable once you get access.

Joe did his best with a tough situation due to a previous guest (we had to check-in a few hours late). I would have preferred to be notified of this issue a bit earlier, but I understand things happen and they wanted the house to be super clean, and it was super clean. The delay did disrupt our plans to enjoy the pool and relax, so we will have to return to enjoy those fun amenities. Joe was very communicative and apologized profusely for some of the other issues we encountered like the beeping smoke alarms. They are great hosts and have a fantastic property.

We had a long stay there and had everything we needed. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and store leftovers. We stayed in winter, but the pool and backyard are beautiful for a summer stay. Joe and Ashley were super responsive and check in was easy. Thanks for hosting us!

This place was a perfect location for us to visit with family in the area. Thank you and we will for sure be back the next time we have another extended visit.
