The house is located in a well-populated residential area in the heart of the Rhine Valley. There is a large Spar supermarket about 100m away and the Garnmarkt in Götzis about 2km away. The Garnmarkt is a pedestrian zone with shops, restaurants, bars and a bakery. The proximity to the mountains invites you to walk and hike. For example, the Örfla Gorge, about 3 km away, which is very popular as a destination for walkers and families. In less than 10 minutes by car you can reach Switzerland, Hohenems or Dornbirn. With the proximity to the old Rhine, the Rheinauen water park or the "In der Riebe" water park, you will find a refreshing cool down on hot summer days and beautiful places to relax and swim. Thanks to the excellent transport links to the Rheintal autobahn, you can reach countless places and destinations within 30-45 minutes, such as the Brandnertal, the city of Feldkirch, Bregenz with Lake Constance, Bludenz or the Bregenzerwald, to name just a few.

There are two private parking spaces directly in front of the house which are exclusively available to our guests. There is a Spar supermarket about 100m away and there are also a few small snack bars within a radius of about 1km for a quick meal.
