The interior of the house was generally renovated, including the kitchen and bathroom. We chose the house for my disabled grandmother because it had an elevator, but the elevator did not work properly and my grandmother was stuck in the elevator. The water heater was leaking water. The washing machine swallowed my mother's laundry in the first wash, and despite this, we acted politely and wrote a thank you note to the landlord, but the landlord asked us for the repair fee for the "already broken" washing machine. Also, although it is said that there is a parking lot, it is usually always full. Even though we paid for 5 people, 4 quilts were placed.

Beautiful apartment just outside centre with easy walk over the shopping bridge. Very clean and had everything we needed. Car parking outside (public but free) Ideal for time in the cultural capital of Bulgaria.

Отличная квартира. чисто, комфортно, уютно все что было описано- было предоставлено. Были трудности с поиском дома и парковки. Нам повезло найти ее, но точного места нет, и приходится надеется, что не занимаешь чужого и утром не будешь наказан. Лифт очень страшный, дом и подъезд старый, но чистый. Но чистота и красота квартиры перекрывает минусы. Расположение жилья отличное, а описание как добраться - 3/5, стоит улучшить. Вообщем пребыванием довольны.

Благодарим на Жана за уютното място и гостоприемството! Прекарахме един незабравим уикенд в Пловдив с приятели. При следващ престой в града, непременно ще потърсим настаняване в нейният просторен и удобен апартамент. Горещо препоръчвам!
