Kenneth place has a lot of potential. But is still working on it. The view is amazing, it just need some more attentions in details especially the outside area around the pool. Another point is that when I go in vacation, whenever I go doesn’t matter if hotel or Airbnb I always expect to find shower gel and shampoo at least for the first night. Other than that I recommend Kenneth place. Nice area and very quiet.

Can’t say enough about the stay we had at Kenneth’s place. If I had any questions about the island he answered me faster than my girlfriend does and he never missed with his recommendations! Thank you Kenneth - really appreciate you letting us into your home. The unit was spotless and had everything we needed. The pool, ocean view and location were perfect - find it hard to believe anybody can write a bad review after staying here. You could pay an arm and a leg to stay at a resort where you fight for pool space or you can relax and unwind in the private backyard all included in the stay. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kenneth’s airbnb. The view was spectacular and the apartment was nice and had everything we needed. Kenneth, as host, was super friendly and helped us with every kind of issues we had even though they had mostly nothing to do with the airbnb! We would definitely recommend a stay at this airbnb!

It is a beautiful and peaceful place. It was the best sunrise I’ve seen in my life, and I felt lucky to wake up to it every morning. It was a bit challenging to find the place due to the house number was faded and the address isn’t quite accurate. However Kenneth was very helpful with fast responses. Recommend to rent a car since it seems like the taxi drivers don’t want to come around this side of the island. Pool could’ve been better but we noticed some dead bugs floating around and trash in the water, maybe from previous guests… we only got to use it twice briefly. The AC needs to be replaced as it didn’t really help cooling the place. Instead we just left the window open for some air circulation. No proper ventilation in the bathroom and just a small window. The shower head water gets all over the bathroom floor even with adjustment. We had to wipe the floor with paper towels after each use. But overall, this place is beautiful, cozy, and quiet. We still would like to recommend it!

We stayed at Kenneth’s for a quick one weekend trip to Nassau! It was beautiful and the hosts helped us get around as we didn’t rent a car. The hosts are so welcoming, and so very kind! I do recommend to anyone staying here to consider renting a car as it may be worth it. The taxis are extremely expensive, but since we were just there for a quick trip we didn’t feel renting a car was necessary. Taxi prices in the Bahamas are 3x the price or more for your typical Uber in the USA, so keep that in mind if you’re planning to stay outside of downtown! I loved out location as I don’t usually love the hustle and bustle of cities. It was the perfect retreat. I 100% recommend this host and the beautiful stay!
