Great cozy home in an ideal location - had an extended stay at Huxley and Rosanne's beautiful home in Wainscott (late winter / early spring) and absolutely loved it. Very comfortable work from home setup for my wife and I to take Zoom calls, great kitchen (including a full size gas grill outside!) for cooking, and a comfortable living room for relaxing on weekends / the evenings. You can walk to coffee / bagels / handful of shops, including the bus stop that goes directly into NYC. Otherwise it's an easy 5-30 minute drive away from a ton of other areas (from Montauk to Southampton) for exploring. Home is very clean, bed was super comfortable, and neighborhood is safe and quiet (good for walks / runs). Full wood-burning fireplace and heating was appreciated during the cold nights, and everything is screened in to open up for fresh air on nice days. Huxley was very communicative, easy to contact, answered questions in advance, and overall a super friendly person, too. Will absolutely be back!

Kiwi Bach is an oasis of calm. Rosanne and Huxley’s home is bright and inviting and they are gracious and generous hosts. In the fall when we stayed, it was a warm and welcoming place and must be even more incredible in the summer when guests can fully enjoy the pool and private yard. Bedrooms are spacious and the desk/table options were good for WFH. The home is located in a wonderful neighborhood, quiet yet easy access to beach and shops. We so highly recommend Rosanne and Huxley’s place to anyone needing a perfect getaway spot.

This was the perfect getaway! Huxley and Roseanne provide all of the amazing amenities which make vacations special. We stayed for a month and it could not have flown faster(I guess time flies when you are enjoying yourself). We enjoyed the short bike-rides(bikes provided!) to the beach(which is private and beautiful), the pool, the local wineries, the grille(they provided two tanks as we stayed for a month) and were great about being available when we needed anything. The house is located on a quiet street and just north of route 27; the location provides a great outlet to East Hampton town center, the East Hampton Airport where you can rent via Hertz or pickup family, Bridgehampton town center, numerous restaurants, 5 minute ride to the underrated Loaves & Fishes, a stones throw to the Wolffer Estate where they have live music on Fridays/Saturdays(quite the scene), and close to numerous stops on the Hampton Jitney. The bedrooms and living space were extremely clean, the beds were comfortable, great water pressure in the bathrooms, and they provided plates, silverware, and amenities far above and beyond normal AirBnBs. This is a special property and the house provides tons of natural sunlight. We enjoyed the beach in the mid-morning followed by the pool at the house in the afternoon. The house was extremely child friendly/proof; we have a 6 month old and we can tell he is already missing the large and open common area. Would highly recommend for a week or longer! Thank you Huxley and Roseanne for making our summer a special one!
