Place was amazing, beautiful quiet neighborhood just south of downtown Louisville and Churchill downs. Very easy to access and communicate with. Sandra made everything incredibly easy. Great for a weekend in the Louisville episode for two couples or a family of 4

We came to experience the bourbon trail and loved how centrally located the house was. The house was well appointed and very comfortable - so much better than staying at a hotel! It was newly updated and fresh. While it was a bit chilly to sit outside I’m sure it would have been very peaceful with the pond view. The birds sure lived it!!

We we're in town for a volleyball tournament for our daughters and loved coming home to a squeaky clean house and very peaceful place. We loved the outdoor patio and backyard surrounds, so beautiful! Everything was as listed in plenty of fresh towels for everyone. The house was perfect for us five, plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was great for us to cook and prepare meals. This house was perfect and we'd love to come back again. Sandy was in touch to check if we needed anything else. accomodations were excellent! Thanks for hosting us, Sandy!

Sandra's place may be the cleanest AirBnB we've ever booked. The entire home was spotless and everything felt neat and orderly. There was enough comfortable furniture for our group of 4 (wait until you experience those recliners!) and we had plenty of space to spread out (the 3rd bedroom served as our fitness space so we had no excuse to not keep up our daily workout and yoga practices!). The kitchen had enough dishware and supplies to make preparing meals easy and handy. And the patio out back was a really nice added space for relaxing. It was also a huge perk to have a private garage for our vehicle, making us feel even more safe and secure. This location was a great homebase for our outings to distilleries in surrounding areas (Frankfort, Lexington, and Shelbyville are within an hour's drive) and the home also felt near enough to downtown that it wasn't a difficult drive to go experience some neighborhoods in the city.

We booked this home for our trip to the National Farm Machinery Show and Championship Tractor Pull. The home was located not too far from the expo center and near restaurants and grocery stores. We love staying in an Airbnb when we visit because they are much cleaner and better value than booking a 6 day hotel stay. This home was super clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We'd love to book it again for our next trip!
