The property is exquisite, the pictures don't do it justice. It was clean, tranquil and the animals came through the property, absolutely amazing. However it was a bit disappointing to get there and not have your bare minimum household needs...no paper towel or salt and pepper. The host took extremely very long to get back to us, by long I mean hours. The DSTV was not working Saturday morning, Shadrach communicated this to her at 7am when he came through to check if all was okay. I communicated it to her again at 10am she only responded at 12 noon. The WiFi was touch and go from the moment we got there Friday. We asked for a late check out Saturday afternoon she responded to that message Sunday after we had already checked out 😑. The place is fantastic, but Rochelle needs to communicate better.

Big gorgeous house surrounded by beautiful bushes and wildlife. 10 people fit in comfortably and it has everything you need for all your self-catering needs. My only reservation about the booking is the lack of service and preparation we received at this property. Pool was dirty on arrival, we didn’t get cleaning services on one of the days and the hosts took long to respond to messages, some messages were left unanswered. The property is beautiful set in a lovely nature reserve that has lot of amenities, I would definitely recommend the nature reserve but not this property because of the cold service we received which was disappointing for a 5 Star property that is listed under a Superhost.

Great place. We enjoyed our stay. It looks exactly the same as in the pictures the place is breathtaking. The only problem we had was payment of R150 at the gate which was not specified
