Very friendly and attentive host. The house is really cosy and nicely renovated in a quiet, attractive street in Karlova district, well located within easy walking distance of old city. Really enjoyed our stay here – suited us all perfectly.

What a great house to stay at. We were there for 6 weeks, in the winter, with two kids and it was great. Loved the yard, great to play with snow and the trampline was a hit with a 5yearold. Location was so good- easy 18 minute walk to downtown and nice to take casual strolls. Grocery shops close by. The Host Siim was so great and helpful, we will definitely stay there again and recommend to everyone to stat at tau h a great historic house!

Siim’s place was as promised. Nice and quiet neighbourhood. With a small yard that is great for kids.

This place is great. We visited for 2 days with our family of 5 and enjoyed our stay. It's a good combination of staying in a private house with a garden and a city holiday in Tartu. Villa Subbi is a newly renovated cozy old house in the authentic small part of Tartu. It has two full bedrooms and possibly sleeps more people in the living/office area. There's a nice small yard with some toys and a trampoline. It also has cozy seating. The interior feels very fresh and everything works well. The host is very nice - quick to respond, helpful and pre-empts your questions with instructions. It's a 20min walk to the city along the nice Tähe street, but there are Tartu city rental bikes (and e-scooters) 3min walk away.
