It's a 5 min walk from Balluta Bay swimming beach, a variety of happening bars, restaurants, cafes and hotels and a 10 minute walk to the historic Spinola Bay and nightlife in St Julians. Perfect if you're on foot and enjoy a stroll on the promenade. Additional Information: - This property is fully licensed by the Malta Tourism Authority. - Premises are professionally cleaned to the highest standards between each stay. - Prices are inclusive of 7% Value Added Tax. - Each guest is kindly requested to pay a €50c per night contribution for eco tax in cash on arrival.

We hadden een super leuke tijd in het appartement. Alles was aanwezig voor onze dochter een babybedje, kinderstoel,.. het inchecken ging super vlot en bij eender welke vraag kon ik Christina bereiken en reageerde ze meteen. Het was fantastisch! De ligging is heel goed, dichtbij de promenade. Het enige nadeel vonden wij dat er veel geluidshinder van het verkeer is in de slaapkamers. Dus oorstoppen zijn zeker een must :-). We kwamen in april en hadden geen zon op het terras, dat was een beetje jammer. We raden dit appartement en Christina ten volle 100% aan. Bedankt!!
Super schöne Wohnung mit sehr guter Lage und beeindruckendem Ausblick vom Balkon. Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern deutlich und die Gastgeberin war nicht nur freundlich sondern auch sehr gut erreichbar. 10/10, kann ich nur empfehlen
Christina is such a nice host and very thoughtful. And thanks to her husband for coming over quickly to help us with the TV. Also the apartment is in a good location close to the bay , restaurants etc.
Christina’s place is gorgeous and provided a great spot for us to have to little winter getaway. The apartment has a great view of Balluta bay, and we felt at home right away. The location is ideal for exploring both St Julian’s and Sliema, with lots of nice restaurants immediately in the bay - we highly recommend Wigi’s and Kuya restaurants. It’s also very quick to Valetta, either by catching the ferry from Sliema or a quick bolt ride. We hired a car for a few days from Nova in St Julian’s who were friendly and easy to deal with, especially as we didn’t book in advance. Christina herself was extremely lovely and welcoming, and always very responsive on message. We’d definitely come back!

It's genuinely fabulous, we love living here and find ourselves counting our blessings. but of course we may be biased! The road is generally quite busy but once you're inside the apartment you forget all about it and find yourself in an urban oasis overlooking a very peaceful valley.
Getting around is super easy as 2002 is bang in the centre. There are bus stops to Valletta, the beaches in the North and all areas of Malta a few metres down the road which pass every 15 minutes. Use Bolt or Uber for instant taxis that pick up/ drop off outside your front door. You also have the option to rent a car and park in the free space provided !
