Soraya provided a very homey experience. Even received a welcome basket on check in. Lovely place near the UCD medical center. She does not have a dryer but there is a drying rack outside. Unfortunately was not able to use it much because of the rain. But the place definitely has all the essentials for a long term stay. Thank you!

Soraya is hands down the best host!! She's quick with her responses, very friendly and has been very helpful. The house is beautiful! Has good ventilation and a great vibe. It comes with all amenities and the WiFi is strong to take office calls. The rustic house is perfect for long term stays. Totally recommend and definitely coming back!

We planned to have a long-term stay at Soraya's place with my gf but had to leave due to a plumbing issue after two nights. The place looks very cozy and charming inside. It's compact and has everything you need for a long-term stay except for a dishwasher. Yet, there are things that must be fixed for comfort and safety: The oven's temperature knob is missing making it unsafe to use, and the toaster is broken. Bathroom shelf was hung on the wall with picture frame holders and fell down once. The shower curtain rack also fell down on its own hitting one of us in the head. The toilet seat is not attached properly, causing sewage to leak on the floor if there's pressure or blockage in the pipes. Also, the neighbor has loud 2 ft wind chimes with hanging outside the bedroom wall, which they didn't care to remove. Fine at day, but very disrupting at nights. I feel sad having to give a mixed review for a place that gave such a nice first impression. With the fixes, it'd be a nice stay.
