The place was great, totally recommend. If you are a light sleeper, be aware that there was this noise from the A/C (I think) next door that might be annoying. It didn’t really bother me thougu, I slept like a baby.

Michael was a great host, professional and responsive. He resolved an issue we had with our stay. The place was clean. It had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The place was small and the bedrooms are small. For two adults, it works fine. More than that, it may be a little cramped. The way the condo was designed, the bedroom windows are next to the walkway and the neighbors front doors. We were awakened in the middle of the night by the neighbor opening and closing their front door. Another issue we had was the construction of a building in front of the condo. The workers started work at 6:00 AM. The hammering, drilling and other construction noises woke us up and kept us up. We didn’t get good sleep. None of the noise issue was host’s fault. It was an unfortunate circumstance for the host and for us. If you come on the weekends, you may not have to deal with the construction noise. We were there on weekdays.

Michael was an excellent host. Checked in with me regularly during my stay to ensure all was good. Quick responses to any questions I had. The condo is very clean. Lots of extra towels, bed linens, pillows . Condo well stocked with paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry soap & toiletries available. Restaurants located in plaza right next door.

Great place to stay in Tucson! Very calm neighborhood close to the walking/biking path with mountain views. The place itself was super clean, modern and matched the description. The host is very accommodating and helpful. I can really recommend this one!
