We got to Orlando earlier than the check in time of 4 pm. The owners did let us drop our luggage off at the Air BnB in the garage while we went and ran some errands until check in time, which we were so thankful! The house was very clean and tidy and smelled very nice. There were some minor inconveniences that we did find in the few days that we were there. The Air BnB only provided one bath towel per person. There was only one pool towel. (This was a little frustrating considering we paid extra to heat the pool.) We would have brought extra if we had we known. There were no cleaning supplies, only one roll of paper towels, and only two trash bags. We had to buy extras of all this stuff. We paid extra to heat the pool, and it was not heated. Luckily, it was nice and hot outside. The owners did promptly refund our money for the "pool heat." Overall, nice stay, but considering how much we paid to stay here, the house could've been "stocked better," for 11 people staying there. 7/10.

In all honesty, this app only gives you 1K characters/words to express your stay and your personal impression of the Host of your stay, I personally don’t have enough characters nor the platform to express my personal thankfulness and overall gratitude towards the host of this Airbnb. From the communication, to the cleanliness, to the Ora and feel of the home. These guys truly outdone themselves with such a great home and blew us away. My family needed a vacation dearly due to the loss of a close family member, constantly being on the go with traveling with work and just never having the time to be together. This home gave us the ability to unwind, recharge & reunite as a family and I’m extremely thankful for these guys and this beautiful house. Without a doubt this house will be on our watch list for future stays!
