House was as described however the cleaners were at the house well past the check in time of 4pm and it didn’t seem as though they completed the cleaning. House also was not stocked with some essentials like trash bags, snow shovel, etc. Overall was fine but not great.

The condo itself was fine. Nothing amazing, but it was clean and had lots of basic supplies, etc. It is close to the lifts but it was more like a 5 min than a 1 min walk to chairlift. It was also a 5 min walk in the snow to the community hot tub (Club Solitude) which was overcrowded and a basically a bust. And no instructions as to where the Club Solitude is. Probably the toughest thing about it was that you are forbidden from turning the heat above 50 degrees (breaks the electrical heat system and they fine you $200). And it was really cold. No wood provided for the fireplace either. It was also hard to find at night and in the snow when we checked in. There are 3 units at the same address and there was no indication as to which one was ours. We figured it out by looking at the pictures and just trying the garage code until we got it right.

Getting inside was a major issue since the garage door code didn’t work. There was no key pad to enter a code either. We texted the host but no response. We then called AirBNB and they were able to get a response but it took 30 mins to get in. The unit is not clearly identified in any description. Only once we got a text from the property manager did we get a unit number and a message that the key was under the mat. The positives of the unit; Very spacious, comfortable beds and furniture. Lots of space into kitchen. Stunning Mountain views. The management company is very responsive and helpful. The negatives; Hard to get into. Not true ski in / out. A good 5 mins walk to lifts in ski boots and down a steep / icy hill. The kitchen is stocked with lots of items but many were chipped / damaged / mismatched. It’s also very disorganized. The owners stuff is still in almost every closet and the garage. The pantry is full of the owners food. We gave the host with a list of issues

Overall this unit is in a great location and it is a great place to stay. The issue we had was it was unclear at first which unit was ours (there were 3 at the same address) and upon arriving into Unit 1 it was a complete mess. It hadn’t been cleaned prior to our arrival. The owners items were still all over the entryway, garage, and laundry was in two of the bedrooms. The number inside was useful to help coordinate with cleaners, but messaging on the app didn’t help as we weren’t given very clear responses. The number in the the listing was unavailable even though it said we were calling during the correct hours. From what they said was true, this is a very new Airbnb, so still kinks to work out. If they manage to do that it would be a 5-star stay. Great location and great food options.
