Brand new, bright Mid-Mod inspired guesthouse provides comfort, style, and optimal location during your stay in Denver. Denver Airport - 25 Miles (30 min drive or 45 min train to Union Station) Union Station - 2.3 Miles Empower Field at Mile High - 1 Mile Ball Arena - 2 Miles Meow Wolf 2.2 Miles Convention Center - 2.5 Miles Coors Field - 2.9 Miles Red Rocks - 15 Miles Open, bright, and airy, the newly built space opens to a full kitchen and living space. It features 2 bedrooms with a shared full bathroom with heated floors and a towel warmer. Both bedrooms have a full-size closet and comfortable queen-size beds with Nectar memory foam mattresses. Off the kitchen, there is a lovely balcony with a dining and seating area to enjoy the beautiful Colorado weather. Our independent guesthouse is a true extension of our home, we have chosen high-quality and stylish furniture and decor. The guesthouse has a separate entrance and complete privacy from the main house.

Fantastic location in a very quiet neighborhood. Stephanie was an unbelievable host. So accommodating. She thought of everything. Extremely organized and detailed. Some highlights…The heated floors, the Smart Toilet (Heated)…the tree house feel of the large outdoor patio…super comfortable beds….ect.This is a must book. You won’t want to go home again.
The guesthouse was absoltely everything we needed and more for our few days in Denver! From the heated floors in the bathroom to Stephanie driving us to Ace Hardware to get ponchos for a Red Rocks concert, we feel so lucky to have stayed here! Thank you so much for wondertul communication and creating a clean and inviting space for us to come bace to after a day of travel!

Located in one of the rare quiet areas left in Denver, the Sloans Lake neighborhood is optimally located. Just a short ride to sports & entertainment venues, Union Station & Downtown. you can take a bike, scooter, or rideshare to quickly get to your destination.
You are also less than a mile from Highland Square on W 32nd St. With lots of great food spots, breweries, and unique local boutiques, you can experience a more quaint neighborhood experience. The local Farmers Market every Sunday in season is awesome to experience lots of local vendors.
Not to forget its namesake, Sloans Lake, only a few blocks away, has THE best sunsets in all of Denver! With unobstructed mountain views, it's an amazing place for a nice walk, run, or bike ride while enjoying the scenic Rockies.
Uber & Lyft for Rideshare. There are a lot of bike share & scooters all around the area. (Lime & Lyft apps)
Lots of places within 1 mile, 12-15 mins walking distance as well.
If you rented a car, you're ideally located 4-5 mins from I-25. From there, another 2 mins to I-70, West to the Rockies and East to DIA.
