The newly built apartment complex is based in a quiet neighborhood right next to the towns Byzantine church Eleousis and just a breath away from the town's center. There you will find the towns main square with a variety of local stores, coffee shops and restaurants. One of the many organized beaches the town has to offer is just 400m away from the apartment backed by tavernas and cafes where you can taste the local cousin and the nightlife especially during the summer period.
There are various mini markets all around the areas as well as super markets the closest one is just 300m away.
Ierapetra also offers a low-key, authentic Cretan experience and is the jumping-off point to the semitropical Chrissi Island called Gaïdouronisi, where you can book a ticket for a price and explore the white-sand beach and the natural preservation sights it has to offer (natura 2000)
There is also a safari experience in the town you can book for agro-tourism, canyon and waterfall sight seeing if you prefer land based tour.
Though few visible signs remain, Ierapetra has an impressive history, with interludes as a Roman port and as a Venetian stronghold, as attested to by the harbor fortress as well as Napoleons house. The narrow alleyways of the old quarter (Old Town) flash back to the Ottoman period.
Last but not least the general Hospital of Ierapetra is 500m away.

There is a private guests only parking with enough space for 10 cars right across the apartment complex.
In Ierapetra the easiest way to move inside the town is by foot but you can also rent a car for ease.
There is also a taxi service station located west from the town's main square where you can hire a taxi to explore the nearby areas if you prefer.
The public transportation (bus) is in the main entrance of the town and has bus routes for out of town trips every hour.
