房子很大，位置不错，其它一般。

We enjoyed the space in the house, and the kitchen utensils. The location was close to everything like aldi, Coles, woollies, fuel station etc. Our only concern was the roaches and the droppings were all over the place. The reaction on my wife's skin was bad. I would wish the windows have nets, so people can open them and enjoy fresh air especially when using the kitchen.

Plumbing needs some work as almost every tap leaked or had to be turned off excessively hard. Not too good for old fellas. We liked the charm of the place and the old design, layout and add ons brought back great memories and conversation.

Nice place with easy access to everything you need. Needs a touchup here and there, but otherwise true to the name 'Bundy Charmer'.

It’s a terrible deal and I have spent the more than what it’s worth
