This Mediterranean villa is located in Savar on island Dugi Otok. It has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 persons. It has large swimming pool while the sea is just 300 meters away. In piece area of Island, which will take You back in old times, this comfortable villa will secure a memorable vacation. Come and see for Yourself!! The house has two floors which are separated by a small built-in steps. The ground floor has a living room decorated in traditional rustic style with as it is kitchen. In the groundfloor there is also one bedroom, two bathrooms and toilet. On the first floor there are rest of bedrooms. The house is air conditioned, with WiFi and SAT / TV. Peace and privacy which this house provides can not be found everywhere. The sea is only 300 meters away, but guests can find refreshments in a private swimming pool which is surrounded by lounge chairs. And a stone grill is situated in the back of the garden, where you can prepare fresh local fish or a delicious piece of meat.

Wraz z grupą znajomych zatrzymaliśmy się w tym miejscu i jesteśmy nim zafascynowani. Dodatkowo gospodarz był bardzo pomocny. Odpowiedział nam na wszelkie pytania. Jest to dobre miejsce jako baza do zwiedzania całej wyspy. Basen i dom były bardzo czyste. Dom świetnie wyposażony. Gospodarz poczekał na nas gdy przybyliśmy bardzo późno. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce!
Super friendly hosts, very supportive! We and our kids enjoyed the small, close beach & the silent surroundings. Situated in the middle of the island you reach everthing within 30min car drive (5min from ferry port) - small villages, lighthouse & several outstanding beautiful beaches. Mario & Nenas hosipitality topped with great recommondations made our stay just perfect!
Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern eine wundervolle Zeit auf diesem traumhaft schönen Anwesen von Nena und Mario verbracht! Das Haus ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen auf der Insel (man erreicht die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten in unter 25 Minuten mit dem Auto, der Strand von Savar ist nur ein paar Schritte den Berg hinab), aber wenn man mal Ruhe bevorzugt, braucht man es auch gar nicht zu verlassen, denn man findet alles was das Herz begehrt (Pool, Liegestühle und Grill im herrlich ruhigen und uneinsichtigen Hinterhof). Eine der schönsten Unterkünfte, die wir bisher in Kroatien bewohnen durften!
Wer ein landestypisches Haus mit Pool, Komfort und Charme sucht landet mit der Villa Antica einen Volltreffer. Waren als Paar dort und alles hat gepasst. Für Ruhesuchende ist die Villa und Savar bestens geeignet. Nena und Mario sind zudem tolle Gastgeber. Unsere Empfehlung: Wir kommen wieder!!:-)
My family and I rented this home for our week long stay on Dugi Otok. We instantly felt at home. Nena was a gracious host and met us at the home to show us around, even bringing us some fish that were caught the night before to cook. The view from the front of the home was really lovely. The kitchen was easy to cook in and was very well stocked with just about all the utensils and pots etc you would need. The backyard was great, providing a refreshing pool to lounge in after a long day out on the island. Our five year old loved seeing all the cats running around the neighborhood and even befriended one. Savar is in the middle of the island so it made it relatively easy to drive up to Sakarun or down to Sali. It is about a 20 minute drive to either spot, including to the nearest market, so prep & planning (and a cooler) is key! I recommend Mario & Nena's home to those looking for a serene and peaceful spot to unwind and unplug. 5 Stars!

Savar is located in the central part on the island of Dugi otok. This small village is set in a picturesque cove, and is a true choice for a break away from the city rush and crowds. Famous for its pre-Romanesque church St. Pelegrin. A short drive from Savar you will find the ancient "Strašna Peć" cave with a history dating back thousands of years, and sea cave "Golubinka". If you are a fan of adventure and underwater exploration this is the right place for you. On the south end of the island you can enjoy In national park "Telašćica". All over of the island there are hidden, undiscovered coves like "Brbiščica", beautiful beaches like " Veli Žal" and famous "Sakarun", one of the most beautiful in the Zadar archipelago. On the north-western tip of Dugi otok, the imposing lighthouse "Veli Rat" will take your breath. South of the island are stretched Kornati islands that can be visited by organized tourists boats from Sali. Be sure to visit a little family taverns in Brbinj, Luka, Žman, where you can enjoy various delicacies of the island. The island is created for tours, discovering new hidden bays, scuba diving, fishing, cikcling!
