What a beautiful place to stay! We enjoyed a two night stay with our one year old dog. The accommodation was very well presented and was as described. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. The underfloor heating was a great addition during the cool evenings. The wood fired hot tub was a lovely way to relax after days spent exploring the local area. Suggestions of places to visit were great. The grounds are beautiful and the viewing point is a lovely place to spend a sunny afternoon! Great place - highly recommend! We will be rebooking.

Me, my partner and our pug Teddy had a lovely 3 day stay. We actually felt the airbnb listing undersold the experience, with added amenities of hair dryer, locally sourced toiletries, tea bags and local milk, jam, Prosecco , enclosed field next door for dog walking amongst the things enhancing our stay. The hot tub was very easy to set up, although I would say the logs provided are enough to heat it up for one evenings use after 2 hours. We bought a few bags from a nearby town for £10 and one bag was enough to make it scorching after only 30 mins using some heat from the night before. We actually had to wait an hour for it to cool down! We did unfortunately find the walk to the nearby pub quite difficult with no clear footpath. I would suggest doing the walk with pictures for each step, as the walk back we stumbled on a much easier route. Another nice dog friendly touch would be to supply dog bowls, poo bags and a larger blanket Overall excellent stay and would return

Lovely place to stay. Good facilities and wonderful views. It's not really a negative but the duel carriageway to the entrance can be a bit precarious. However the accessibility to surrounding areas more than makes up for this.

We could not hear the hot tub up with the wood provided. We stayed in October so it was cooler but even after 4 hours and the wood provided the hot tub still was only lukewarm. Everything else was great.
