Had a Pleasant stay at Richard's place. The building is very safe with two doors with keypads. The room is a little small but fine for one or two people. 10 mins drive from the Strip, at a good price.

This airbnb was very close Fremont street, maybe a 7min walk however I wouldn’t suggest walking at night especially if you are a woman. It felt sketchy and we had to run back a few times. Even multiple Uber drivers told us the area isn’t safe so that just made us feel more uneasy. Otherwise, once inside the place, you’re safe. The room was clean and perfect for us. Very comfortable bed. Ultimately if you don’t mind the safety part, this place is decent if you’re on a tight budget, but why even go to Vegas if you’re on a tight budget?😂
