Condo had water pressure problems. One of the bathroom sinks wouldn’t even work after calling maintenance. Also. Building had major elevator problems.

This condo was lovely!! Very clean and kitchen was fully stocked. Super cute decor and had a big comfy couch for relaxing. Realjoy team was extremely nice and very responsive to any questions we had. Overall our stay was great but there were a few things we wished we would’ve known prior to booking. There is a note in the ad that there’s a fee for parking passes and wristbands. Upon arrival we were informed that all guests over the age of 12 are required to wear the wristbands at all times. There’s also a $35 fee if you lose one and a $5 fee for unreturned parking passes. The front desk staff was not the friendliest and the HOA has an extensive list of rules. (You even have to provide a drivers license to use a luggage cart) Also, both hot tubs were closed for the entirety of our stay. Again, the condo itself was fantastic! Just wish we would’ve known a little more about the building ahead of time.

This condo was furnished with every kitchen appliance you could ever need. It was decorated with the best decor! It was beautiful, hands down best condo we have stayed at.

Had issues with the employees on site being rude. It may have been the language barrier not sure. It had nothing to do with the realjoy team. They were vey helpful and apologized for the employees on site.
