Great place to stay! We were in town for a baseball tournament. It had everything you would need for a short or long stay. If your here to visit your kids that are there for college, it is walking distance away. Will definitely be back to stay. We play ball in Stephenville a few times a year. Glad to have found this place.

Wonderful place with plenty of space. Was perfect for the whole family. Loved the three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Beds were comfortable. Apartment building was adorable, looking like a converted barn. Owner was friendly and very responsive. The apartment could have been a bit cleaner. There was hair in one of the showers. The dishwasher had dirty dishes in it and didn't work well, which was probably why they were still dirty. Top rack was broken. The living room lights still haven't been replaced... I noticed other comments on that. Request for new bulbs was friendly and positive yet it never happened and the living room was extremely dark. But for the price this place worked great for us and we would book it again. Great place in Stephenville to stay!
