I wish i had more words to describe how AMAZING Primos place was!! The place was beautiful and super clean!! The owner himself was extremely helpful and me and my cousins (who i stayed with) are super grateful for him. He made us feel extra safe inside of our home, he gave us recommendations on food that was open at 2am, he even went outside to greet the delivery driver so that we don’t go down and nothing would happen! He is such an amazing and caring host, i recommend 1000% everyone stay in this place!

Excelentes atenciones de parte de primo y su hijo. Todo estaba impecable y el alojamiento estaba bastante ordenado. Es un lugar tranquilo, muy céntrico y en el lugar hubo todo lo que necesitamos. Solo para tener pendiente, la habitación secundaria no tiene aire acondicionado. Nosotros que fuimos en diciembre y estaba bastante fresco, no lo necesitamos, pero es un detalle a tener en cuenta.

Amazing totally secure parking and condo. We (3 women) ALWAYS felt safe at the Condo. The condo was BEAUTIFUL and so clean!!! The family was super helpful and so so kind!!! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we ever go back!!!

Very comfortable and secure place. We were located close to everywhere we wanted to go and our host made us feel right at home. Very spacious apartment and clean with plenty amenities.

I am still basking in the afterglow of an absolutely unforgettable experience. From the moment we stepped into the space to the sad moment of our departure, every aspect of our stay was marked by a level of service, attentiveness that exceeded all expectations. The blend of modern aesthetics with timeless Dominican charm created an atmosphere of refined comfort that instantly put us at ease. Not to mention the safe, secure and quiet surroundings — only steps from the landmark Teleferico [Tram] of Puerto Plata. The check-in process was seamless, we booked last-minute and Primo was available to receive us with a warm welcome, well into the evening. The beds were clouds of comfort, abundant linens for a restful night's sleep, super-fast internet, expansive windows and balconies offer breathtaking views. What truly set this stay apart, however, was the impeccable service. Primo, and his staff, went above and beyond. Exceptional stay. Highly recommend.
