Bellamare is a very safe and beautiful complex! Security is amazing and you feel safe. It is located by boardwalk mall with easy access through a small gate onsite. The cafe offers lovely food and drinks and staff are friendly. The hosts were responsive, when I needed help, however we did come up against a challenge on the first night with a broken door which gives you access to the garden and were left without it fixed overnight, which made us feel very uneasy. The hosts did send security to check on us but I feel there should’ve been someone available to fix the problem sooner as I was staying with my elderly mother and children. The apartment has blinds (some of which were broken) but there is no privacy as at night neighbours can see into the property at night making you feel uneasy. I did make the hosts aware of this and understand the owner has been told of this before but nothing has been done. The property itself is in a great location and again very secure.

The apartment was as advertised, but the back sliding door's lock was broken so our apartment was open the whole weekend. The window blinds were see through so no privacy

The Host Management was always responsive. The place is exactly as seen in the pictures and the security of the place is great

The complex is safe and has good amenities . The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and everything was as described in the ad. Note that Michelle is not the host that you communicate with , the letting of the apartment is outsourced to a company, so you will be communicating with the company staff (they are helpful and responsive). The rooms lack privacy as the blinds are see through in the evenings when interior lights are on. The host has been informed hopefully this will be rectified soon. The complex is noisy during the day as construction in surrounding areas inside the complex is underway.
