Very small apartment, very clean. Good location close to everything. I wouldn't call it "luxury", since it is just renovated and modern. Nothing luxurious at all. The bathroom door not staying closed and not locking aspect should really be addressed. It keeps coming up in reviews but it seems no action has been taken. Summary: the value is NOT there. Should be priced way lower given the limitations.

El apartamento es perfecto para pasar unos días en pareja en Sevilla. Está situado en una plaza con mucho ambiente pero muy bien asilado por lo que no hay ruido por la noche. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del centro y de muchos bares. El único inconveniente es que la puerta del baño no se cierra completamente y tuvimos que poner una cuña de papel para poder cerrarla. Por lo demás, muy recomendable!

Very clean and well situated. Comfortable bed and good shower. Bathroom door wouldn’t close which is not idea but otherwise a great place to stay for a few days while exploring the city.

We stayed here for the marathon on the weekend and it was a great location for us - central to everything we needed. It was an ideal place for us to relax for the weekend and the place was very clean and in good condition. The host was very helpful and and welcoming from the moment I booked the apartment to the moment we checked out. I would definitely stay here again!

Very much enjoyed our stay here. Perfect for 1 or 2 people to stay for a weekend. Great location and the apartment is beautiful and clean. The only things to be aware of is the wifi is quite slow, the shower door does not close properly so water leaks onto the floor and the kitchen is more of a kitchenette with only one burner and a mini fridge. Mara was very communicative and helpful and even let us leave our bags in the locker for a few hours after checkout. Overall, had a wonderful time staying here and would recommend!
