Margaret and Gordan are nothing short of lovely, kind, accommodating and welcoming. They made me feel right at home and helped me when I was in a bind. The place itself is spotless and beautiful - you can tell it is well loved and looked after. Everything you need is there. There’s woods in walking distance that are great to walk through and whilst near a road, it’s still quiet and peaceful. Vivian, their co-host is just so wonderful and kind too. She comes once a week to clean and tidy and makes for great company! The balcony is so sweet to sit on in lovely weather too. I can’t recommend this place or the hosts enough. Thank you Margaret, Gordon and Vivian for such a lovely stay!

Access through the gate is good. Lock box instructions; I entered the 4-digit code, followed by ‘B’ to gain access to the key. It took me a while to figure that out! A very bright and colourful accommodation, absolutely beautiful, with lots of windows. Very private and peaceful. It’s right in the heart of the Kent countryside. Facilities lovely and clean. Kitchen well stocked. Stairs up to the mezzanine bedroom very steep, but a very cosy and comfortable bed.

A nice stay for 5 nights in this lovely studio. It is beautifully done and homely. Perfectly situated for us. It has all the facilities and comforts we needed. Margaret and Gordon were attentive but also gave us privacy.

Great place to stay - cozy, clean and comfortable- in lovely countryside. The kitchen has everything you need and the shower is great. Bedroom is cozy and in the mezzanine (stairs are steep though!). There are good local walks and a village pub. Highly recommended.
