Beautiful location, beautiful view . Lots of room. Close to restaurants. Kitchen was adequately stocked , missing a few items( mix master, Blender ). Utensils were plastic handles and cheap, but useable. The only real serious issue we had, was the place was very dirty, oven had not been cleaned, microwave had not been cleaned , dishwasher may have never had the filter cleaned , mildew around the door of it ( until we did it ), fridge was dirty and had a terrible smell , there was pet hair on everything including couches, chairs, bedroom comforters/duvets. Carpets were full of pet hair. Not sure the place had been dusted in a very long while. Windows were very dirty. Laundry room was a complete disaster with stuff just piled everywhere . We spent several hours cleaning the place and the kitchen just to make it livable. Could have been such a nice stay barring the cleanliness.

Beautiful home and amazing location….. we really enjoyed walking on the river beach every day. 3 min drive to town….. the house is big and very comfortable…. very well stocked and we loved the propane fire outside. The yard was great for our large dogs as it was fully fenced. Keep in mind that all the nice bedrooms are upstairs…. there is one bedroom downstairs but it’s small and the bed is hard to get around. My older parents stayed in that room as they didn’t want to do the stairs daily….. that was a bummer for them. But if stairs aren’t an issue there are three beautiful rooms upstairs. Overall it’s a beautiful home with amazing views of the river.

Absolutely gorgeous house with stunning views. The back yard feels very private and serene, and we made good use of the amenities such as the grill and rest of the kitchen. The co-host Paul was proactive about warning us of a water notice in the area ahead of our stay and offered a discount. They kept us updated and luckily it turned out not to apply to us, but they still refunded a bit for the trouble! During the stay at one point we let them know that the house was out of detergent and they replied immediately and had more delivered within the hour. Very happy with the attentiveness of the hosts -- thanks Paul!
