Our house is situated in the heart of the Marine Protected Area of Tavolara - Punta Coda Cavallo, surrounded by unspoiled nature and crystal-clear waters. The area is renowned for its breathtaking beaches, including Lu Impostu, Brandinchi, and Porto Taverna, all just a short drive away.
For those seeking a vibrant nightlife scene, San Teodoro is the place to be, offering a variety of clubs, restaurants, and bars. The town is also home to La Cinta Beach, a popular destination for beachgoers and water sports enthusiasts.
If you're looking to further explore the area, the charming town of Porto Rotondo is just a 45-minute drive away, while the luxurious Porto Cervo can be reached in 1 hour. Both towns offer a range of high-end shopping and dining experiences, and are located in the famous Costa Smeralda.
For those interested in visiting nearby islands, Tavolara Island can be reached via the Porto San Paolo harbor, just a 15-minute drive from our house. Olbia, the closest international airport and port, is also just a short drive away, making it easy to reach our little piece of paradise.

Our house is located in a peaceful and quiet area, surrounded by nature, with limited access to public transportation. We highly recommend renting a car or bringing your own car to get around the neighbourhood and fully experience the beauty of the amazing Sardinia island.
Please note that there is no street parking available in the area. However, our house offers covered parking for one car. If you are planning on renting a car, we recommend doing so at the airport or booking it in advance.
If you prefer not to drive, we can arrange a private transfer service from Olbia Airport to the house for an additional fee.
It is also important to note that there are no grocery shopping options within the resort. The closest grocery store is located 3km away, so having a car is essential for your convenience.
