We had a wonderful time and found the Airbnb to be a perfect base for a group of friends exploring the Brecon Beacons. The house is quirky but thoughtfully put together and the bedrooms/living areas/bathroom are bigger than the pictures looked! It was particularly lovely to be welcomed by fresh Welsh cakes, honey from the owners own bee hives, and a bottle of prosecco! This was all complimented by lots of great suggestions on where to visit in the local area. Really a perfect base to explore the Brecon Beacons and to relax and play games in the evening :)

I absolutely loved the air b&b, the easy access and keysafe work a dream for me. We found the house easily and there was free on street parking so we were able to get our things in the property with ease! We firstly were welcome with a cute card and Prosecco, massive hit and was a lovely way to start our trip, the Welsh cakes on arrival were a beautiful touch especially as we hadn’t tried these before and they were delicious! Marshmallows at the ready to toast… for s’mores in the evening was lovely! The house was clean and tidy, the decor was amazing and we found ourself talking about all the things displayed and gathered around the house, from trophy’s to fishing rods, medals it really has been created with such imagination! There were books everywhere! I only wish I was there longer to enjoy reading one! The shower room was lovely, and the towells were all so soft and smelt amazing which really impressed me! Rooms spacious and as described. Plenty of space, and a little garden!

James's place was exactly the same as the photos show.Neat and tidy and a lot of ornaments for decorations.Lot of indoor games and family areas helped in spending quality time with family. Lots of suggestions were given, and each of our requests was met proactively before and during the stay.I would recommend this stay and definitely plan to visit again.

One of (if not THE) most attentive and thoughtful hosts I've come across. Homemade honey; handwritten notes; extra blankets and pillows. Thank you, James, for a first-class stay with everything we could have asked for and more. 😁👊

Just wow, James’ Place is amazing. Perfect location for Bike Park Wales and lots more within easy reach. James gave lots of recommendations for places to visit and eat, we followed the Brecon Beacons drive and had lunch at The Bear which we loved, we will return to follow more on James’ list. After a full day we couldn’t wait to get back to the house to relax and spend some quality family time in the games room. It has been a very friendly experience right from booking, the local produce left for us was a lovely touch. Thank you 😊
