Things left from other people staying, whole apartment had a foul sick smell, apartment building was flooding.

Please please please note this review if you are thinking of booking this place! Me and my family arrived at 6.30pm after being told we can check in from 4pm. Got to the gate and was told the key was in locker E. Tapped in the code and no key or fob was in there. I called the number provided and was cut off 5 times, only getting a text to say I will call back. 1 hour later still no call and was outside with my family in the cold. Managed to get another resident to let us in to the complex, walked down the stairs to the apartment corridor and it was flooded with water and stunk of sewage!! Got to the apartment door, opened it and the cleaner was still in there and was told we cant enter for another 45 minutes. We had to leave the complex. We returned 1 hour later, and same again, no key fob, no response from owner. Got in via another resident and got to the apartment and it stunk inside too. I cancelled and requested a refund. PLEASE AVOID THIS MONSTROSITY OF AN AIRBNB!
