Wonderful large, completely renovated villa with private garden, pool and spacious areas for play and exercise. Located in the best area of Sant Cugat, just outside Barcelona. Forest, mountain at your doorstep and just 10 minutes to Barcelona. This is one of the most desired locations in Spain. The house is child-friendly in new design for lots of natural light and spaciousness. Huge living area with fireplace connected to large modern kitchen. We love it here.

One of the most desired locations in Spain. The neighborhood is with little traffic, nice villas and very safe. Close to nature, Sant Cugat city and just a 10 min drive to Barcelona.

Free parking on premises and free on the street too. It's a 2 min walk to subway station (300 m) that takes you to Barcelona in 20 min. You can drive to Barcelona in 10 min. Walking to the center of Sant Cugat city is 10 min (1 km). Access to Collserola Natural Park for hiking, mountain biking and farm style lunches is just 2 km.
