I booked this apartment for a one month stay, as I just relocated from Australia and needed temp accomodation whilst searching for a long term place to live. It was the perfect place for this. It was a wonderful apartment in a luxury building. There is plenty of space and even though it faces the main road, traffic noise was minimal and mostly I didn't hear a thing. It has everything you need for cooking and includes good WiFi. The fit out in the apartment is of a high standard (kitchen, bathroom, wardrobe etc). Flex were always responsive to all queries and provided detailed check in / check out information. They also conducted maintenance to fix minor issues that needed to be resolved. I needed to book an additional day at the start to guarantee a very early check-in and was really disappointed that they charged me the full rate for that day and didn't factor in the long stay discount that I had already received for the other 30 nights. Woolwich has great transport links.

Their Service team gave me helpful tips about the neighborhood, which made it easy for me to find my way around and discover cool places nearby. Plus, it was super easy to catch buses or trains from where I stayed, which made traveling in the city really convenient! I'd definitely suggest this place to anyone!👏

its my first time renting an apartment in London and my experience is wonderful! I loved how they assist and welcomed me, they ensured that the guest is on top priority through out my stay. the amenities on the apartment were very convenient for me especially the washer. I could say that I will come back here soon.

Our family is thankful for the time we spent here. We're actually having second thoughts at first but then this place really surprised us. The basic amenities are of the highest quality. Speaking of the location - it is fantastic. we had a wide range of dining options because of restaurants nearby.
