Our Villa is the perfect retreat for families and groups of friends seeking a memorable getaway. Whether you’re looking to unwind by the pool, catch a movie in the cinema room, or simply soak up the sun on our outdoor terrace, our villa has everything you need for the perfect vacay. With 3 bedrooms, 2 lounges, our villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults and 4 kiddies. Sandy Point is a peaceful neighborhood where the kids can still enjoy a bike ride in the streets, or walk to the beach Upstairs: Our 3 bedrooms are spacious, main bedroom having a Queen bed, his and hers basin, has a view to the beach and has on-suite with walk-in shower and freestanding bath, where you can enjoy the beach view while you shower. All rooms has sliding doors leading to the balcony to view the pool area. 2nd room also has a Queen bed and 3rd room has 2 single beds. A full guest bathroom with a freestanding bath with matching basin and shower. Laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer Doors leading outside to view the peaceful outside view down the street. Upstairs lounge with 2 double sleeper couches, 65 inch TV and sound bar to enjoy some tv time as well as a fooseball to enjoy some game time, lounge also have sliding doors that leads to front balcony with some beach view as well as street view, as well as side balcony to view the pool area and entertainment area. Downstairs: Open Plan Lounge with 75 inch TV and sound bar, 10 Seater Dining Table, Toilet, Kitchen with coffee station, Dishwasher, Full Gas Stove and Oven to enjoy making food during Load shedding. On top of stove is a pot filler to directly add water in your pot, no need to walk to the tap…Double Door Fridge with water and ice dispenser. Stacker Doors leading to the pool and entertainment area, with Garage doors also having stacker doors for more entertainment etc…when stacker doors are completely open you have an inside/outside feeling with a view of the entire house Entertainment room with inside braai and Pool Table leading to a very cozy cinema to enjoy your movie nights or even enjoy a nice braai while watching your favourite sports. Pool with decking and grass to enjoy an outside relaxation you could also have the seats outside to relax by the pool, with an outside shower with hot and cold water to enjoy a nice fresh air shower after your swim.
