We recently stayed at this Airbnb with a group of 10 people, and overall, our experience was mixed. The property itself is spacious and comfortably accommodates our large group, making it an excellent choice for those traveling in larger numbers. Our main concern was the cleanliness of the bathrooms. We noticed rust in the bathroom dipper and bucket. Another notable drawback was the lack of a reliable WiFi connection. Additionally, the water pressure in the second bathroom upstairs was notably weak. This made showering a bit inconvenient for those using that particular bathroom. Despite these concerns, the overall space and its ability to accommodate a larger group make this Airbnb a viable option for certain travelers. With some attention to cleanliness and amenities, it has the potential to become an even more appealing choice for future guests. We hope the host considers our feedback to improve the overall quality of the property.

The photos in the description is same and the place was very clean. Host was very responsive and always helped us. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Although during our stay water pressure at the second floor was weak and toilet bowl wasn’t flushing maybe due to the weak water pressure but overall it was a great place to stay and with stable internet connection. Complete untensils and cookware. Will definitely go back again.

We had a very wonderful stay at this airbnb. The place looked exactly as shown in the pictures. The airconditioning works great and the place has a functional kitchen which could cater large groups like ours. All the utensils and other kitchen tools are of good condition as well. I have nothing bad to comment about the place except for the internet—which was very unstable although understadable since we stayed at the time when it was consistently raining due to a typhoon. I suggest bringing or preparing data for hotspot to connect to the tv in case. Overall, the experience was superb and would definitely recommend to family and friends. Would book this place again if we ever come back to Pico de loro.

For a group of 10 its very well worth it. great place very relaxing. Just buy all the things you need especially the food either cooked or uncooked you can also go to the resto at the resort.
