Rod’ place was great! We stayed here for the week and had such a lovely time. The place was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The views from the balcony was a bonus! The location is ideal for exploring Pembrokeshire as it is a short drive from many different locations. Goodwick has a sheltered beach that is perfect for swimming and paddle boarding. We really enjoyed the food at Rose and Crown and The Sloop Inn. 10/10 stay, absolutely would recommend.

Rod's house is conviently located to visit Pembrokeshire.The house itself,is spacious,nicely decorated, well equiped,very comfy bed and bedding.The upstairs room with kichen and living room has a great ocean view and the garden is lovely and nicely maintained.Convenient stores and pubs are at walkable distance.Rod was really reactive for all of our questions.We were three adults and two toddlers and we had a great four days.We wish we could have stayed longer.Although it is a bit pricey it was well worth the price.

Stayed for 3 nights with my family as a birthday break for my wife. Property is as described on the web site. Very nice with the Nordic style living area above the bedrooms. Nice location, but would say a car is needed to get around the many nice beeches etc. (also helps with the hill back from Goodwick to the house). Rod was very quick in all comms which was appreciated.

We had the most wonderful few days in Rod's beautiful house. It was absolutely immaculate, extremely well equipped and it felt like being in a very beautiful well looked after home, with great personal touches. Comfy beds, great kitchen and really smart bathrooms - absolutely cannot fault anything in the house at all. The location was fantastic, high up in Goodwick with stunning views across the sea. We loved exploring the area, which is very special to me as it has close family links to my late dad - i even found the house my grandmother was born in 2 streets away. Rod was responsive and extremely helpful with lots of tips for things to do locally. All in all one of the best airbnb stays I've ever had. Thanks Rod for everything

We loved our stay during a sunny week in May. The house is light-filled, spacious, clean and well equipped, with a great view, and a pretty garden out back. Rod is relaxed and helpful. We know this bit of Pembrokeshire less well, and I wondered if Goodwick would be a bit industrial, given the ferry terminal, but it has a nice beach, and a beautiful long sea wall lined with wild flowers. Nearby Fishguard is a smart little town with a couple of nice delis, an excellent bakery (Nourish), and down in the harbour, a great little cafe in the former Yacht Club selling a fresh seafood dishes alongside homemade cakes and quiches. The quayside is a great spot for crabbing too. Stumble head is 4 miles away down some narrow lanes that are fun to drive. We went each day to pat horses and spot seals near the spectacular lighthouse and cliffs. Porthgain is 20mins away, and old favourites such as Stackpole, Barafundle, Marloes, Freshwater West, Broad Haven South can be reached in an hour or less.
