One of a kind opportunity to rent 2 entire apts in a newly renovated historic building in downtown Winona. This unique listing allows you to rent 2 individual apartments on the 2nd floor of our building. Each apartment has a private bed, bathroom, and full kitchen so everyone will have their own private space while you're able to be together in the same spot. Please note each apartment has it's own private access and these room are not connected together. Hallway is shared with other tenants.

The Exchange is a great place to stay for its location and well maintained facilities. It provides the best of two worlds (spaciousness of a private residence and convenience of a hotel room). I highly recommend the Exchange to visitors who want to be in the center of the town.
Planned to camp but when we couldn’t, we found the Exchange! So glad we did! It was absolutely perfect and we can’t wait to stay here again! Plus, we had Airbnb newbies with us and they are now hooked on this option as well! Definitely recommend to all!
Very clean and charming place. Lots of natural light and space. Parking pass provided and plenty of spaces available.

Downtown Winona has everything you need for your getaway and the Exchange is right in the middle of plenty of restaurants, grocery store, parks, live entertainment, and outdoor activities. We are about 4 blocks from the Winona State Campus.
Uber and Taxis are available. The nearest bus stop is one block away at 3rd & Center.
