May of 2022, a swimming pool was built on the property. There are only 5 rentals on the property, this helps offer more privacy if needed. All rentals have Wifi, DirecTv, fully stocked kitchens, fire pit and a charcoal BBQ pit. Off-peak (Labor Day to Memorial Day) $325/night. Peak (Memorial Day to Labor Day) $510/night. Resort Fee $150/per stay. There is a Resort Fee charged per stay, this includes your linen and cleaning fee and will be added to your total reservation cost when reserving through AirBnB. BR# 2 is a 3 bedroom / 2 bath; sleeps 12. Bedroom #1 - 2 queen on queen bunk beds (4 queens total). Bedroom #2 - 1 queen bed. Bedroom #3 - 1 queen bed. Bathroom #1 - Full bath (shower/tub combo). Bathroom #2 - Full bath, shower only. *Kitchen stocked with all items needed to cook a meal. *There is a 50″ TV connected to DirectTV and internet access. *Outside you have your own private BBQ pit, firepit and picnic table.
