Great place to stay for exploring North Devon. The Barn was perfect, had everything we could need and the hot tub was lovely. Maria is a great host.
We wanted somewhere special to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary and Maria & Steve’s place did not disappoint. We were made to feel very welcome for our three night stay, a bottle of fizz and a welcome hamper awaited us in the barn. Maria and Steve were great hosts and met us at the property and showed us around. The barn is a lovely space with superb attention to detail. It was immaculate and had everything you needed for a lovely weekend away. A highlight was enjoyment of a night time hot tub under the stars. We shall certainly be returning in the future.
We had the most fantastic stay at the Barn! It was lovely to be greeted by Maria and she gave us a quick tour of the property and the opportunity to ask questions before we were handed the keys and left to settle in. The Barn was immaculate, beautifully furnished & had everything we could have wished for. We particularly loved the thoughtful welcome hamper and gorgeous toiletries provided, and star gazing in the hot tub was a real treat!! Rye Park is set in gorgeous countryside surroundings and the perfect spot to get away from it all - we throughly recommend it!!

A beautiful barn cottage on a beautiful location, peaceful yet you were near enough to go on daily outings to surrounding places. Maria and Steves place is a slice of heaven and absolutely everything an air bnb should be! The welcome hamper was so so nice and all the personable touches throughout the barn. Ancient woodlands infront of the property is a must and the starry sky in the hot tub was magical! Highly recommend
