Lillian is very helpful. When we checked in we had an issue with the bathroom..texted her that same night and she responded first thing in the morning as well as sending housekeeping to come sort it out which I appreciated. The place is within walking distance to the city centre and the Falls. Quiet peaceful neighborhood rooms were clean. Staff very friendly and helpful from check in to the housekeeping lady Nokuthula (i think) till we checked out. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking to visit Vic Falls😊
