Location was ideal. There was a small hiccup with the check in but the host responded timely to provide an additional code to receive the keys.The space was clean, comfortable, and adequately equipped for the stay. Manuals for the home were helpful outside of how to use the hot water. Using the hot water efficiently is simple and the boost button only needs to be hit after turning it on, but the instructions were not helpful and had to be independently figured out. This needs to be made clearer. WiFi and phone service are spotty at times in the area.

The location was perfect but there were several problems we had. first when we went there the keys were in an another store 15 minutes walk to the flat and it was not easy to go and come back and I had to leave my family with luggage at the door of the apartment. The wifi worked for one Day and it went of for the following days so I had to buy internet for my Kids and that costed me. I reported this 3 times to Charlotte but she were not able to fix it during our stay. I couldnt start the floor heating and report it to Charlotte, she want me to take a video and e mail to her and I did that but we were able to use the heating during our 7 nigths stay and we were uncomfortable at nigths due to cold. The pans in the kitchen were so broken and we found them unhealty so I bougth a new pair of pan The general cleaning of the house was not good and the the flat needs some repair also. Charlotte asked for reimbrusement for some little spots after that I found it unpolite....

The place is amazing, the host is always available. The location is also good too. There’s a park just in front and many restaurants close by. Just the internet that I didn’t like. Local say that because of the buildings on the area the signal gets lost a lot.

Charlotte’s flat is everything you see in the photos; modern, clean, well appointed and very bright. The location is fantastic and our stay was wonderful. I will return when in London.
