Beautiful home in a beautiful location. Unfortunate damage by previous guests meant some amenities were not available for use :(

This place has so much potential to get a 5 star review, but it is poorly maintained and amenities are falsely advertised. The hot tub was not working, as per previous reviews online. We were told it was damaged by previous guest (we received a partial refund). Hanging chairs on the photos was missing (went in for repairs and we did not find them). It was a hot day at the pool, and there was no Umbrella outside ( we were told it was also damaged by previous guests and was in for repairs). We therefore could not lay outside after a swim. We had a gala dinner to attend, and could not even find an iron. We were told it was locked in another room. The owner told us she asked for us to be booked into another accommodation and the request was rejected by Euphoric. Attention to detail is not good. We did enjoy the outdoor shower, the clean bedding, and clean pool. Bring wood, maybe some pots if you’re a big family. Shampoo and lotions were brought in by the owner day 2 of our stay . Not happy

The place is more beautiful in person, very peaceful and exquisite. The hosts are very friendly and helpful . would definitely recommend it , and would love to come back again :)
