The room is clean and cosy, look exactly same as advertise. Only 3 minutes walk to MRT. The big local market nearby (Klongtoey). All staffs so kind , friendly and helpful. Really good place to stay. And hosts very well communicate and responsive.

Prapatpong’s place is fantastic! The location is a simple 2-minute walk to the QSNCC MRT station meaning it is super easy to get around Bangkok, there's also the QSNCC across the road which has convenience stores, food stalls & restaurants, not to mention Benchakitti park next door as well. The unit is brilliant for the price when compared to other AirBnBs in the area, it's really well decorated with a huge smartTV, great kitchen appliances & fast Wifi (definitely strong & stable enough to work from home). We spent 5-6 weeks there but the unit is perfect for both short & long-term stays. There's a rooftop pool with amazing views of the city & Prapatpong was also super responsive to any queries I had, even providing a list of recommendations for the area & letting me know what events are on close by.

Scelta perfetta sotto ogni aspetto. Ho sempre preso appartamenti vicini la sky train BTS per la comodita' di spostarsi senza traffico, ho voluto cambiare per scoprire una nuova area avendo comunque la fermata della metro MRT ad un passo da casa ed e' stato comodissimo, in ogni caso lo sky train e' ad una sola fermata ,nota in piu' la la vicinanza al parco Benjakitty. Il co host e' molto reattivo l' accoglienza con self check in, e' professionale e ospitale. Arredo curato ,casa pulita,nessun rumore di traffico. La piscina ha una super vista, peccato per i pochi lettini. Unico difetto a mio avviso ma facilmente risolvibile e' non avere una lavasciuga,il balcone ha spazio solo per la lavatrice , puoi stendere al massimo 3 capi alla volta, carichi minimi con consumo di energia e detersivi. Posto e host che consiglio.

We had a pleasant stay for nearly two months. Check-in was easy and flexible as we landed early morning in BKK. The hosts were always reachable and responded very quickly to questions. They gave in time heads up information about maintenance in the building and also proactively let you know about interesting events in/around QSNCC. The view from the rooftop is incredible and they have a great pool. Unfortunately the in-house rooftop bar is permanently closed, this should be mentioned or removed from the listing. Also, the pool isn't very "clean", it contains a lot of micro particles - however this has to be done by building maintenance and not the hosts. All staff were really friendly and helpful when we needed them.

We (Dutch couple) are 2nd to write a review for this apartment. Sometimes you find a airbnb that is so good, you want to keep it for yourself. But we won’t 😊 Spot clean, good bed and a nice bathroom. Everything we needed was there. Pictures match exactly how it looks from inside. Good instructions, clear communication and well maintained. Keep it up! Location for us was perfect. It’s in the center of Bangkok with the MRT and a beautiful parc just around the corner. MRT brings you everywhere in no time and it easily connects to the BTS skytrain. Only 1 stop to Sukhumvit/Asok (BTS) View from the rooftop, gym and pool are amazing. Totally recommend it!
